this is wrong, btw.

technically, it's a series win.

you know 2/3 wins.

Technically you may be correct but whenever an NBA or MLB team takes a series in four straight games its referred to as a sweep. Same would apply here to the team winning the first two games since they would be the only games played.

It wasn't technically a championship game, but for all practical purposes the 1959 Sugar Bowl was for all the marbles and we loss to Ole Miss (ouch that hurts to even type).

Also, Gymnastics has been losing the championship for a few years now as has his men's track.

So I guess it happens...just please, not here!

Game is the key word, not meet.

That being said, LSU in 2

7-3
11-5

LSU has scored at least 10+ runs every week this year, but one. Streak doesn't stop here!

My prediction is for excuses. Lots and lots of excuses from all the Longhorns while they are crying in their beer after getting their asses handed to them.

Texas, scoring 15 runs in two games? Are they planning on playing a wiffle ball game in the bull pen! Texas won't score 15 runs total if it goes three games!

I completely agree and think this is the best LSU team I've seen.
LSU wins games 1 & 2.

Actually you are wrong you Texas frick. It would be a sweep because the third game wouldn't be played. So it would be 2/2 not 2/3. Logic isn't the strongsuit of those from Texas is it?
