Great city for intertainment but, football not so much. I have enjoyed coming to this city time and time again it never gets old. The food is another thing it is out of this world I put second next Baton Rouge. Seafood not so much but, steaks and BBQ it is fantastic.

Looking to lay the wood to Vandy tommorrow night.

I SAY!

As a 30 year resident of Nashville, thank you, welcome. And spend your money. We've got our issues like any large town, but its a great place to live. Actually most people live outside of metro. In places like Franklin, or Brentwood like I do.

it does have a high crime rate, but mostly inner city stuff. and what crime there is is non-violent burglary type stuff.

but check out Franklin or Brentwood. that would even out the crime rate.

for the record, i've never witnessed any crime in Nashville.

College football, no. Pro football, yes. But we have a pretty diverse city in terms of interest. Nashville really isn't saturated with sports. However we do get the sec hoops tourney like 4 times over the next ten years.

you do have NFL, NHL, an SEC school and a least 1 tractor pull every other weekend.

plus an Indy race and Busch/Truck NASCAR event.

that is more than many towns.

No Indy race. They left a few years ago.it is more than most towns but not compared to those towns of equal or greater media markets. Our NHL team is here by the skin of their teeth. There's a really good balance here. With the people here the Titans are first. We also get an MMA fight about once a year.

My wife and I moved here about a year ago and we absolutely love it here! I highly suggest everyone to make a trip out to Loveless Cafe for breakfast tomorrow morning...some of the best food in the South! My wife and I live close to there and go about once a month. Saw Martha Stewart and her entourage in there not to long ago!
