Here is something pretty awesome. My dad started in 69 and 70 at defensive end #93. The 69 team was awesome and should have gone to a bowl. Even after ND took that spot, the seniors voted to not go to a bowl because they felt screwed over.

Yes LSU lost to Ole Miss. we could have kicked a FG to tie and get a share of the SEC title but went for it and lost by 3.

My father was a senior at LSU that year. I think i first heard the story the day I was born. The Notre Dame hatred is strong...
