Murphy just didn't fit into what Miles wanted to do. It had little to do with Murphy's talent as an athlete. In fact, his career stats aren't bad, just limited. He never had a chance to show what he could do on the field.

I think most of us wouldn't mind making $350K or so as a recent grad. Kudos to RM. He's put in a lot of hard work.
