Nope. Created this way by the level of rantardness and stupidity posted on this message board.

some of us aren't hanging off of Les Miles' nutsack

Is this Les speak? what exactly does that mean?

Deal with it

I am dealing with it by pointing out the level of self hatred some of you have by constantly pointing out deficiencies of the LSU head coach while conveniently ignoring your own shortcomings

Being embarrassed in the media could be really bad for a young player and not helpful at all for their player development.

I suppose this applies to all the other players, but somehow, not DeAngelo Peterson, then.

Wasn't like Dickson was some great blocking TE. Very average in that department.

Most people understand that lack of playing time usually has reasons, but we never hear about them. Anyway, maybe this level of honesty would be more welcome by the rant?

What's more of a concern is that after 2 or even 3 years in the freakin' system, why can't Miles and his coaches get these players to understand that system and to be able to play? Not saying that some of it isn't the players fault, but that's what coaching is there for, to get these guys to buy in. Seems to me that Miles and his coaches do not get the players trained, educated and bought in at an early stage in the process (their freshman and sophomore years), and it's not until their junior or senior years that they seem to be ready to play.

all players are robots. they all react the same.

kinda like some posters can handle their ignorance being pointed out while others resort to words like douchebag when their panties get in a wad

Exactly, that's a curious statement by Miles. In DP's only start this year, he catches 2 TD passes, one of them a brilliant catch I might add. If he doesn't understand, then why is he in position to make big plays (not once, but twice in ONE game), then he never sees the field again?

Only Shepard and Lee have looked lost to me over the last few years.

I'd have thought it was self-explanatory.

frick getting dressed in the morning. I'm surprised you can summon up the brain power to even turn on a computer.

Is this a board about various poster's shortcomings? I'm human. I freely admit I have mine. That doesn't make Les Miles any better of a coach, does it?

Actually, the word was just "douche". And I only use it in instances where it's warranted, i.e., yours.

read the season wrap up series on the Advocate's site, he's being kinda candid on a few players. well as candid as Leslie can be in his Les-speak. he's touched on JJ, D Allen, and the OL thus far.

oh like a CLM quote on a player not being on the field because "at times he didn’t understand at what level we play" isn't self-explanatory?

Really? didn't see that thread. Please share. Would nit-picking every fricking word coming out of someone's mouth be one of those shortcomings?

IMO this is a Prime example of a ranter.

An honest question for you acreboy.
What makes you think that you know better than the coaches?
Please help me understand.

I have never in my life seen a group of people that honestly believe they know more about something than the people that get paid do.
It amazes me at times.

This is just about as perfect as it can be. A little praise, a little criticism, a little motivation. Just about perfect if you're going to say anything at all about a specific player.

Once again, is this a board about the shortcomings of various posters, or the state of LSU athletics?

You seem to get off on calling other people stupid. Get the 2x4 out of your own fricking eye before trying to take the speck of sawdust out of the eyes of others.

The thing about Miles comment is that many (or some anyway) here dont know what it means.
If you have ever played football you would.

Les meant that DP has the ability and talent to be a good player, however by saying "levle we play here" what he meant wasnt doing all the things that make him a complete player.
Blocking
Understannidng plays
Correct routes
giving 100% every play regardless if the ball is coming his way or not.

He's young, I suspect him to get only better.
