My biggest issue is his failure at recruiting/developing QBs. Mett was an anomaly and the initial recruitment credit goes to Richt.
He is the one who has put the current pieces into place. Was this a knee-jerk decision he could turn on a dime? No. But, he allowed the years before this season to essential become a failure at the QB position.

Then numbers disagree with you though. I know you appreciate numbers.
We are certainly not trending in the elite direction at the moment. But we weren't in 2008 either. Let's see what happens next year before we write the staff off just like we did in 2008.

I look at it like we had the game won , but Les threw it away with terrible decisions , as usual.
Fourth and ten + , way out the redzone? Let's fake a field goal. Need a first down to ice the game? Nah lets just be safe and run it up the middle and get nothing.
Les isn't elite and I don't understand how some of the fans believe he is. Usually pumpers argue to keep him but now yall are full out declaring him one of the elite coaches of the land.
