no one cares what you want

I am more interested in LSU FB being a "truly" great program....and that is the mettle test, not Miles!
But, to that point, had he prepared his team on 1/9/12 and 12/12.........your argument for his greatness would be much stronger.
if he had been able to trust his coordinators, not just the defensive coordinator, and allowed them to run our offense, then he'd be a great coach.
LSU was never a school like Crimson Turdland, where they create a culitic type leadership, so with that in mind, I want Miles to do his job well, then the PROGRAM MAY BECOME GREAT!!

Look man if you're fine with the constant 9-3, 10-2 seasons that's fine. But we have 12-0 talent. It's Miles that's holding this team back.
What's the one constant throughout this offensive struggle that we've been going through the past 5-6 years? LES frickING MILES. This is his offense. This is his fault.

Yes, no other team in the country can possibly go undefeated. We should never lose a game.

13-0 regular season in 2011 was certainly "holding this team back."

Miles is the bestest.

Quarterbacks???
Glad you said that, of the past three quarterbacks we've had all three were 4* recruits out of high school.
Jordan Jefferson- 8th best quarterback of his class
Jarrett Lee- 7th best quarterback of his class
Mett- 11th best quarterback of his class.
Yeah man, we've never had talent at the quarterback position.

The list of schools that would take CLM is alot longer than your list of his replacements.
And some of these u have listed here? Are u serious?
Do u really believe some of these are guys will be better HC's at the college level than Miles?
There is alot more to coaching and maintaining a big time college program other than game time decision making or X's and O's.
A helluva lot more.

quote:That's where Cam Cameron comes into play.
Glad you said that, of the past three quarterbacks we've had all three were 4* recruits out of high school.
Cameron is know for developing QBs. In fact, Drew Brees said this about Cameron:
quote:
You mentioned in your book that Cam Cameron was one of the few guys in the organization that believed in you all along. What did he mean to your career? “He was huge. Cam was huge in my career. I was with him for four years. He was the offensive coordinator while I was in San Diego for those last four years. That was a time in my career where during that stretch I got benched three or four times, they ended up drafting Philip Rivers. Cam was pretty much the one who broke the news to me. My postseason exit meeting with him after the ’03 season I went in his office, shut the door and (he said) I’m just telling you they’re either going to go out and get a free agent veteran quarterback to come in here or they’re going to draft a rookie high to compete with you. Just get ready for that. I feel like he was always very honest with me. He always did things to try to get the best out of me. There was a time or two where we would butt heads, but I think that was all part of the process of him trying to mold me into the type of quarterback he knew I could be, the type of person he knew I could be, leader and I appreciate him for that. I love the man. I think he’s a great coach and obviously I had a lot of great years with him.”

I agree. We will have to see how this all works out in the end. I hope it does

Don't see anyone on that wish list that has a NCAA national championship. Would be nice to have someone who has a BCS crystal ball... Oh wait , we do ! Go Les, frick these mental midgets.

That list was awful. After reading that, I'll settle with Alleva as our AD.
