With Slive being one of the chair members of the NCAA tournament selection committee, do you think he will help LSU get a higher seed?

we should be happy with a 3 and hope we don't play a lower seed on a court close to them.

Since he can't be in the room while LSU is being discussed, I'd say no it really doesn't matter

True, he can't physically be in the room, but his influence certainly remains in there as the committee chair.
