How? I he actually being conservative with the budget? I have not lived in Louisiana since 2005 and he cannot be any worse than Edwards, Foster, or Blanco. Foster increased the state budget like he was a flaming liberal! Hell up here in Virginia, the Democrat governor was so bad he closed all the rest areas when I 1st got here.
