I'd expect the same scheme and one of the QB's will transfer IMO

Lee isn't transferring

JJ is the starter, why would he transfer?

Is Lee going to graduate this spring?

Because if not, Lee can't transfer.

He wouldn't transfer even if he could IMO

I agree, but it's kind of pointless in arguing it if its impossible.

If there is a new OC and all 3 QB's are on the same learning curve which means equal opportunity to win position and yes Metts superior talent over the other 2 would show in spring and fall practice and he will be starting in the fall

Cmon

JJ is still starting.. You think miles would bench him? Really?

I see zero indication that he would honestly

Fact or fiction?

In a the real college football world, yes. In Hatworld, no.

I love how the negativity is based on hyperbolic predictions of what Les might do instead of waiting and seeing what he actually does

Because there is a grain of truth to these "hyperbolic predictions."

My view tells me that he believes we've got nothing at the QB position right now, and as soon as a guy shows up to beat out what we've got, he'll get the job.

My view is that Les honestly believes all is well w/the offense in general and QB in particular. He has neither done nor said anything that would make me think differently. The fact that he continuously names JJ as the starter is telling in and of itself. I truly believe that Mett would NOT play due to Les' warped sense of loyalty to his upper classmen.

Ridley is a "miles back"
Hes a big back like Scott, or hester.

Also, that's a completely different position than qb.

For whatever reason, miles is hellbent on playing JJ hell or high-water.

then you underestimate Les Miles

He's not as dumb as he appears. I'm sure most of the people on this board would look just as stupid if you shoved a microphone in their face, especially during LSU football games

Listen to any sports call in show and you should know that...yet these are the same people calling Les dumb. I've known lots of very smart people who just weren't good public speakers.

After last week it's apparent that both of our QBs have huge shortcomings.. I'm sure Les already knew this from practice, but was using the 2-qb system to mask it somewhat. He's not the type of guy who's going to trash his players when shitty fans want him to, though... there's a reason he's such a good recruiter: he treats his players with respect.
