There’s no way he doesn’t realize how big of a mistake he made. If retaining Wade wasn’t an option, I’m sure he’s regretting his decision to hire McMahon. This is literally worse case scenario or very close compared to where they hoped they’d be today.

Middle school teams run better offenses. No one moves without the ball, we rarely set off the ball screens, we just dribble, dribble, dribble and then shoot an awful 3.
