CMM IMHO has played this one right to this point. He's left it up to Cook whether or not he wants to be part of this team or not.
I think this was a power play by Cook and it ain't working out for him. Hannibal has become a big fan favorite and with good reason.
At some point, and for me it's now - it's time for an ultimatum with Cook.
