Max Johnson is not a good quarterback. It’s like once 48 hours pass, people on this website totally forget that. Have yall seriously not watched the dude play this year? He’s still living off the shoe game

He's a pretty low ceiling guy with that sub-par arm talent. I don't think he gets that much better. Offense might get better around him, but he's never going to be a big time NFL QB prospect or something.
Nussmeier has more talent and that is obvious. He just needs to get some experience.

Johnson deserves some criticism. But he doesn’t have a #1 or #2 WR. His OL is crap. And the OC/play caller is in over his head.
If LSU lands a good coordinator next year, Johnson will be top 3 in the SEC.
