yeah these conditions are going to create low scores in the morning today and tomorrow. This weekend the course will speed up and people will fall off cliffs.

Too bad they aren't showing the 17th or 18th. We don't get to watch JPete finish his round. two pars would make for a very impressive first round.

It looks like the course is starting to play harder. Players starting to struggle a little bit on the greens.

Always does in the afternoons. Dries out, compacts, and speeds up. Wind also picks up, not that its terrible though.

Yea. He has been solid. He's made a few mistakes, but has been able to erase them with his short game.

And Peterson finishes out his round with a par to head to the locker room with a first round 71. Looks like he will make the cut if he can play half as good as he did today.
