JJ is just a different type of WR than the other 2. The other two are your traditional big play #1 WR but JJ is just has the knack of getting open and making the tough catches in traffic.
I may be dating myself but he reminds me of a faster Eric Martin. When the play breaks down and JB was improvising it just always seemed like JJ was on the other end of the completion. I agree that JJ was always Burrow’s favorite target bc he could always trust him to get open when he needed him too.

Burrow went to Jefferson early. Because of 2018. And Jefferson had A big amount of over the middle routes. As defenses adjusted to take away Jefferson... Chase broke out. And defenses tried to adjust. At the end of the day our WRs could not be guarded Man to Man. Some tried. Marshall always was a target. He had a huge catch against Georgia in 2018. Then got back in the rotation In 2020 after injury against zone coverage.
Anyway the point is well taken... Marshall will have a really good year.
