No doubt Marcus didn't have a great shooting game, but Meeks was very unimpressive. I can think of at least 6 of his points coming off layups where he was by himself. Also, Meeks rarely scored when GT was guarding him.

mt on that put back showed why he deserves the poy award more than meeks. when its clutch time mt is there. meeks in clutch = airball

I was keeping track as the game went on, and unless I missed 1 here or there, Meeks had exactly 4 points while Temple was guarding him, and 2 were off of one of the million back screens that beat us, so that wouldn't even be Temple's fault.

my first post on here. just a few things from my take. everybody wants to talk about thornton and give no love to taz. you can say he won it in the second half but if not for mitchells d and 14 points in the first half combined with thornton forcing shots then were losing at the half. if not for spencers and tazs 3s at the end were are probably playing ot. dont get me wrong thornton should be poy but ppl need to quit acting like hes the only guy we have. some ppl would think without him we arent even a 500 team
