We need to organize one to show him the LSU nation loves him.
But then if we lose to A&M we'll have to have another march to get rid of him. That's too much walking for me.

Its not impossible to answer. The likes of Spurrier and Saban would be sure fire upgrades. They have proven such. The likes of Smart, Sumlin, Graham would not be considered "sure fire" upgrades, cause they don't have experience to prove so. Now, that being said, they could come here and end up being upgrades. But I am talking about guys we basically know for a fact that would meet or exceed what we currently have.
Look, I don't think Miles is going anywhere. But I do have a problem with him and that problem is that he has yet to do anything all that spectacular as a coach. Yeah he won an MNC, but he backed into it and I think there are plenty of coaches out there that can do exactly what Les Miles has done.
As far as the whole impossible to answer thing -- it is. Rich Rob was a sure fire Home run three and four years ago. But Bama lucked out he didn't go there. Kragthorpe was supposed to be a HR at Louisville. We can go on and on but there is no way to know for sure.
My point is that I truly believe that every single one of those coaches I listed can do about as well as Les Miles had. But there's one difference. The contract. A new guy will probably do just as well and won't have a $15 million buy out or a ridiculous roll over. If we can't get rid of him now we aren't going to be able to.
I realize the timing is bad, but the lesser of two evils is for him to get the hell up north.

Scott the Rock said yesterday "miles is 10-2 with 12-0 talent".

Saban would be successful anywhere in college, correct? That is an example of sure fire hire. Few others are in the category.
