I played round ball and will say without a doubt Pete was years ahead of the times. Dude could do magic with ball. If there was a three point line when he played they would had pushed it back. He was that good.

He was a great shooter. His pro career didn't work because the nba guys weren't gonna take kindly to someone shooting 40-50 Times a game and sort of sabatoged him.

Not sure about that. I think him being unselfish worked against hi in NBA. Honest opinion I think Walt Frazier was best defensive guard back in the day and he couldn't stop Pete .
