This should be the proper interpretation of NCAA rules.

Such a fricked up way of doing things.
Just have the higher damn seed be the home team at all times. No interpretation of rules needed for that.

Agree 100%. There should be more advantages to hosting a Regional. The NCAA must be ran by liberals.

I think teams should flip in the losers bracket only. Then Sunday night the 2-0 team is the visitor and they are the home team in the if necessary game.
