LSU v UH Observation

Was looking at the box score and saw that UH ran 82 offensive plays to our 50.

32 extra plays for our defense was a game changer. Obviously missing our top 6 defenders didn't help the case.

I can't help but think that if we had just Delane and Haulcy, that game would have been a lot different.

It's nice knowing though that we have an offensive genius at the helm now.

I'm very excited for 2026 and beyond and look forward to the team that Lane and the coaching staff are going to put together for 2026!

I mean sure. Our team is built out of mercenaries who don't give a shite about LSU, their team, or anything really other than themselves.

Don't get me wrong, players like Delane and Haulcy are incredible football players, but they aren't about that team life.

My baw lives there as well.

I personally don't put much stock in the L for reasons you mentioned - depleted D from the opt outs. We probably would've won had they played but with a meaningless game, I'm glad we got to trot out the young guys.
