I am a type A personality who believes that no matter if friend or family, constructive criticism is in order if a guy is making alot of money to underperform. For example I had to fire my own son last week

What does placing a few guys in rounds 3-7 of the draft have to do with the topic at hand which is the fact our team gets physically dominated in most 4th quarters by other sec west teams
