Josh Jasper is the best kicker we've ever had.

I actually think peer leadership was the biggest difference in this year and the very disappointing 2008 and 2009 seasons.
From observation and actual credible reports from those at practice in those two seasons, it was apparent we had kids who should not have been in position of leadership that were allowed such status and IMHO that was an issue in both of those seasons.
This year you had legitimate character guys like Kelvin Shepherd on D and Ridley on offense.
Shep won't be easy to replace. Hopefully, Ridley will return. I hear he's considering going out early. I can't imagine he'll be drafted higher than 4th round, so I'm puzzled as to why he's even considering.

Great bunch of young men who persevered through the RP debacle and go out winners. Jasper's replacement is the biggest question mark going into next season IMO.
