Crouch watched a video provided by witness Casey Franz, who recorded the incident on his cell phone. In the report, Crouch says the video clearly shows Baldridge get up off the ground and walk away from the two suspects. Hill then punched Baldridge behind the left ear and Baldridge was then punched again by the second suspect, Crouch said in the report.

I usually refrain from commenting on disputed matters of factual info when I have no idea the truth...but I'm going to state the obvious here...this ain't looking good.

Do you think Mettenberger should be kicked off the team as well?

Mles should just put an end to this by banning these players from going to bars or clubs within the campus area. This hasn't just started happening it has gon on for awhile, and it's just time to stop the nonsense. Sometimes tough love is the best cure.

Has Mettenberger gotten into a bar fight and been arrested recently?

I don't think you are asking the right question to get the answer you are seeking.

According to my sources this will be resolved around May 19. Team Sweep is arranging a meetup at VooDoo BBQ with JJ when he is in the state to play arena ball. JJ needs cash and will sell his full archive of Miles photos to Team Sweep, who will convey them to JH. Problem solved. The only danger is that the REC may outbid Team Sweep and beat them to the punch.

He had past legal troubles and Miles bought him here anyway. You've said Miles shouldn't have bought Hill, so I wondered if you would actually apply your logic to another athlete who got into legal trouble prior to LSU.

Let me rephrase: Should Miles have given Mettenberger a scholly?

I wouldn't have but clearly Miles does not agree with me.

Mettenberger has managed to stay out of trouble and I hope he continues to do so.

yeah right. But if you wanna keep ignoring this problem and sweeping it under the mat go right ahead. There is a reason why these incredible talented teams since '07 always self destruct on winning the NC and this is why. Terrible leadership and discipline.

I think you could be a really good church flag football team coach.

It is called risk management. It makes sense. How would the LSU players not going out around LSU where they are more high profile and thus more likely to be involved in these sorts of altercations be a bad thing?

I think you don't know anything about evaluating risk.

you answered your own question. Frank Beamer handled this appropriately as Miles has. The difference is that Miles brought in Hill fully aware of the legal baggage he carried. The question as to Beamer is did Holmes come to Va. Tech with a prior criminal record while on probation? That is the distinguishing characteristic.

Cody Journell, arrested for breaking and entering over a drug dispute, plead down to a misdemeanor charge and was let back on the team.

But I suppose that's ok because he wasn't on probation???

Yeah, after the problem has become too big. I'm not gonna get into a silly arse pissin match with some clown that doesn't agree with what I see. If you are a Miles cheerleader than so be it.
