gary patterson followed the les miles model used for tm7's "dismissal" when with their qb Paschall or however the frick you spell it. The only difference is tcu's qb hasnt fricked up yet

Interesting interview with the owner of Reggie's on WJBO this morning. He says football players are not good for business. Pretty blunt in his statements about them thinking they should not have to pay for drinks or a cover charge, etc. I assume they will post the interview on their website.

I cant spell Casey's last name either without Google.
And dont bring up Urban when he was at UF with all the chances he gave his * players.

I never said that LSU is the ONLY place this sort of thing happens. The difference is the way that it is handled after it happens. I bet you that those guys will never see the team again at BAMA.
and I bet you if an LSU guy gets arrested for robbery and fraud, his arse will be gone too. Just an FYI, plenty of bama fans have said on the SECr that Saban basically allows his players to smoke, as long as it doesnt intefer with football or school. LSU has stricter drug tests requirements than the NCAA and other schools madate for their players. It's not an "LSU problem".

is still in the State of Louisiana a huge legal problem
it's a huge legal problem, really?

That combined with the alleged video evidence and media coverage are going to make things very problematic for Mr. Hill.
yes, it is an issue, but it's a bar fight at the end of the day. Its not armed robbery, it's not cc fraud, it'a college kid getting in a fight.

Janzen Jackson was allowed to come back to the team
ok? Are you gonna trash Kiffin for letting him back on the team like your doing with Miles? That issue is way worse than what we are dealing with right now.

He recruits and lands very talented players but he also looks the other way while some of those same players continually screw up.
many coaches do.

What are you comfortable with? If winning football games is the only thing you are worried about then you are probably okay with this sort of thing. If you care about the reputation of LSU and the stigma that this sort of thing brings with it, then you probably aren't okay with it. Your choice.
There is a happy medium here and I dont think Miles is any farther off from it than other coaches.

Miles has lost control of Reggies bartenders!!!!!!

My point is that you know coming in that this is going to happen with a Les Miles team. He recruits and lands very talented players but he also looks the other way while some of those same players continually screw up. What are you comfortable with? Correct
and has to wait until the judicial system makes a decision in the case.
Wrong

So you saying Lsu has more off the field problems than other major programs such as UF, bama, Ohio state, Texas, auburn or Georgia.
Apparently reading comprehension is not your strongest suit. I never said any such thing. I am only talking about LSU. The only time any other teams were mentioned was Ok State in relation to Les Miles as their former coach and then Tennessee and Bama in relation to a question that was posed.

Get picked up for even simple possession in Louisiana and see if it doesn't present a huge legal problem.

Ok we get it, you don't like Miles. But clue me in again on how this is effecting the stature of the program?
Like I said before, it all comes down to what you are most concerned with, winning football games or the reputation of LSU. Miami in the 1980s won more than anyone with a bunch of criminals. Miami is also a top flight academic institution. Which one do more people associate with Miami? Strong Academic reputation or having a bunch of criminals on their football team?

were charged with felonies. And weren't already on probation.

Absolutely. And like I said Jansen Jackson was later dismissed from the team for other reasons. If you will actually read what I said, I pointed out that LSU actually was lucky they didn't land Jackson as a recruit despite the feeling at the time that we lost a great one.

The fact remains that Les Miles has no discipline on this team
I want a list of current coaches that have SEC titles and a NC that do not have players that get in trouble.

He is a dumbass so is anyone else putting this on Miles.. This guy was in College for crying out loud, I would assume by then you should know right from wrong, Is miles suppose to be there to make decisions for every player? WTF
I was in College, Yes we partied, Yes we drank,Yes we went to bars, but if you can't know what is right and what is wrong then maybe it goes back to the parents, This isn't on Miles..
