No, I banged girls my own age or older. Not at any point when I was 18 did I want to touch a 14 year old girl

You might be the only guy in the world that never wanted to bang a freshmen while in high school.

Wow that could possibly be the most idiotic statement ever.
So what you're saying is that you have a daughter that decided to blow a senior, you find out about it and press chargers instead of talking to your daughter? Seems like you are forgetting one thing that your daughter and the guy were involved. There is no* "carnal knowledge" for the daughter.
If you think that statement was idiotic, please enlighten us why you think that

No but I'm willing to bet that we will be seeing your picture in the mail as a sex offender very shortly.

Whose alt are you? You are doing a terrible job at trolling. All but one of your posts have come from this thread and you have been a member since Oct 2012. Something doesn't add up

Did i say I wouldn't do anything to my daughter? You must be an idiot as well if you think that I wouldn't punish the shite out of my daughter. But an 18 year old also has responsibility in this. The dad did the right thing. How do you know that he didn't punish his daughter? you don't

No I don't know, but I don't think you press chargers against the 18 year old. The daughter has just the same amount of responsibility as the guy. You can't press charges on your daughter for sucking the dude off, so why would you press charges on the guy? Because you want to make an example out of him not to screw around with your promiscuous daughter?

No one's alt. I'm not trolling. Its just pretty sad that y'all are defending an adult who stuck his dick in the young girls mouth. Whether she wanted it or not he should've made the right decision. He didn't.

And he admitted to that and is serving probation for a misdemeanor. That isn't as big of a deal as you are making it out to be.

This is the only time a large portion of you jock sniffers defend the players to the N'th degree. They get passes, it's a wait and see approach and its always the other guys fault. But as soon as it's somebody else you guys are all up in arms and ready to lynch somebody. These players get all of the protection in the world. The same protection that average Joe citizens don't get. You people would do anything to protect the program and then wonder how these athletes turn so bad. It's pathetic.
if he wasnt an lsu player, this wouldnt be news at all

Its called doing the right thing. How do you know that it wasn't a school admin who heard about it? They HAVE to report it to the police. The DA is required to proceed with charges whether the father wants to press them or not. Or maybe someone else reported it. You cant sweep statutory under the rug. I know he wasn't charged with it in the end but that's exactly what it was...statutory rape

Because that's not what happened. The dad found out and he pressed charges.

It's still a misdemeanor.

Who cares what grade it was? An 18 year old and a 14 year old is ILLEGAL no matter what way you look at it. Obviously you don't understand the legal system or life for that matter
Posted on 4/30/13 at 11:53 am to bam1131
The DA is required to make a judgment call on the charges. You even said it yourself, he wasn't charged.
I view the law differently than others, it's not like I pick and choose, but there are some laws that you should view differently depending on the circumstances. This isn't a case of statutory rape, he wasn't charged with it so there isn't a point to bring it up. You just want to use the word because it brings up a WHOLE new meaning than what he was actually charged for.

Why would I do that when this took place between 2 high schoolers?

It's illegal and he is serving probation for it. But it's still a misdemeanor, and one that takes place often throughout high schools.

You are picking and choosing. It is a case of statutory rape. Just b/c the DA allowed him to plea down doesn't mean it wasn't statutory rape by definition..bc it was.

Wrong try again. I love miles and defended him even through the worst. He has been great for the program and will continue to graduate the 2nd most football players in the SEC. A class act and great representative for our program.
