I think whoever is coaching our QBs needs to be seriously evaluated at the end of this season. Lee and Jefferson both have great talent. I can understand one QB not panning out, but two?

lee would get rid of the ball and shep could actually do something when he ran it unlike jj

How about reearned the job in spring and fall practice and has a higher completion % this year than Lee last year along with not throwing an NCAA record 6 picks for TDs last season? Or how about Jefferson with a higher QB rating this season than Lee last season? Or how about a better record as a starting QB?

How about with JJ at QB we cannot move the football despite two 1st round WRs, a stud TE, two workhorse RBs plus Holliday and Randle. The JJ experiment is an abject failure--we're 109th in offense! We will finish 7-5 again.
Bench JJ. Start Lee and give RS 25% of the snaps.
