I'm on a mobile and can't access full site... but I'm assuming the last 2 numbers are Last Week's Rank / Preseason Rank. But that looks off for several teams (UGA, Mich St, etc.)

Why not? The coaches poll rarely drops a team without a loss and MSU pulled away big time. The AP poll will have LSU way ahead of MSU.

I think that's the highest and lowest ranking for the season prior to today's poll.

I would rank LSU, MSU, and Clemson higher than Baylor and TCU. I think those two are the biggest frauds.

There are some big games left to play for everyone in the Top 20. Some unbeatens left to play each other and several unbeaten vs one loss teams left as well.

Why not Baylor? Who have they played? All Baylor has done is refused to take their foot off the gas. They run their offense for 60 minutes. But they have yet to play a legitimate football team.
