Or - if you're Bama, for example, you don't get punished as badly for losing - because you started so high. Bama has proven they're better than Oklahoma and aTm? (just an example, but a glaring one)

I atually prefer to be ranked lower. Rather sneak up on people. I don't like all the hype surrounding the team. It could go to our heads. And it puts a bigger target on us. Rather be in a position getting little respect. Motivates players more. Keeps them grounded. One game at a time fellas.
