Have you even read any of this thread? And since then, out of everything I said, you chose to defend Les in your babble, bro.

You're in denial.

LSU lost some amazing defensive players last year and doesn't have nearly the level of talent to replace them.

LSU has a shite load of athletes on the field but not a lot of talented football players.

“ Miles needed to go”

This is simply BS. Miles will still winning,

Miles was 2-2 when he was fired with what people thought was top 5 talent (the NFL draft last year showed how much talent LSU had). The fans were booing against Jacksonville St. at home because of how bad the offense was. We were only able to score 34 on them and they are an FCS team. O was the worst possible hire, but it was going to be an ugly year last year with no changes as the first 4 games showed. But Alleva went and did the ultimate dumb thing.

Miles brought the program to the edge of the cliff with his 4 or 5 loss seasons. Orgeron is just finishing the job.

Neither coach is good enough for what LSU needs today. Orgeron is worse than Miles.

“ Miles needed to go in November 2015”

I think that certainly might have worked out better for LSU. If that happens, I don’t think O is ever seen as an option. But who the hell knows with the Keystone cops who appeared to be running LSU.

He should have been fired the year before and a suitable replacement found at that time.

We had 2 fumbles recoveries near our goal line. This could've been a blowout. 7 out of 10 feels about right man.

I'll allow it. You are right, now that I think about it.

I think that clusterfrick at the end of the 1st half where the shank field goal hit the crossbar perfectly summed up the night and the situation.

We may one day point back to that play as the "beginning of the end"

I still can't believe that just two weeks ago you and siliconvalleytiger started multiple threads talking about how well coached lsu was under Orgeron

Look, I have posted any number of times that the losses miles was accumulating was not acceptable at LSU. But it’s fire and hire and unless both are handled in a professional manner, you may well make it worse and not better.

I was scared shitless over firing miles AND having to rely Joe to fill the position appropriately. As it stands right now, it appears that my fears were justified.

I don't disagee. After the 2015 fiasco and how that was handled, it was clear we would be getting screwed with or without Miles considering the leadership.
