LSU has to start faster

They are averaging 10 points in the first 3 quarters against the FBS. I don't think they can win games against the ranked teams (except maybe A&M and Florida but I'd doubt either is ranked when they play LSU ) on the schedule doing that. If the defense continues to improve, starting faster could be the difference between 9-3 and 7-5.

Penalties and turnovers. Otherwise they’ve looked decent to good at the start.

So if Fl and 8&4 aren’t ranked, we don’t have to play them?
