It's crazy that last year LSU had the lowest preseason ranking since 2000.

2008 was such a huge disappointment. I forgot they were #7 preseason. Finished 7-5 and unranked in regular season. Les’ worst year.

This is also the first year since 2001 that Southern Cal hasn’t been ranked in the AP Preseason Top 25

I remember during the '90s seeing the Penn States and the Florida States ranked in the top 10 evey season and thinking, man, if only...
