Oklahoma will win the meet even if LSU does better

Probably because they stick their landings! They have consistently gotten better scores for less difficult routines because of they emphasize sticking their landings.

Was it rigged when we won 3 SEC titles in a row? Or when Michigan won in 2021 or UCLA in 2018? Or perhaps when our SEC rivals UGA, Bama and Florida won 20 NC’s? Nope we just have never been good enough to win it or the SEC very often, but this team has a chance and the program is only getting better.

We need to retire Ashley Gnat. She was a great gymnast but she’s a major liability as Beam coach

I very much believe that sticking the landing is important. But I don’t think it’s more important than difficulty of routine. But what do I know.

It's not rigged. Gymnastics is an opinion. It's like determining the winner of a golf tournament without using golf balls

I get that and I agree with that. But I think difficulty should be weighed better also.

Sport - an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment.

Definitely a sport. Don’t know the type of physical exertion and skill it takes in gymnastics? I would like to see you do even a single back hand spring or flip? Not a whole floor routine…just one! I def don’t want to see you break something from a beam or bars.
