LSU Football Parking Question: Lot 404

We are looking to get a parking pass this coming season in Lot 404. My question is, how easy is it to get on Nicholson and head south after the game lets out? Do they let you get on Nicholson, or do they make you go to River Road? We will be heading to the RV park near L'Auberge after the games. Would 404 be the best spot to park or would it be better to park closer to River Road?
We parked in the Levee Lot last year and traffic can be a mess leaving the game and trying to get onto River Rd. Would rather just a quick access to Nicholson and go. Any insight from people who park in these areas would be appreciated.

I would park in 408 or 409 ( Alex box). They are close to the stadium, paved, and they open the bathrooms so you can piss.
ETA: Another possibility would be the lots around Tiger Park. I think there is room in 406.

Agreed. I had a parking pass in Alex Box for 4 years and it was awesome. Especially the open bathrooms before and after the games.

Until they open up Nicholson (1 to 1.5 hours postgame), you HAVE to go south on Nicholson from 404.

We WANT to go south on Nicholson. We are going to Tiger's Trail RV park.
How is the walk to and from Alex Box? Is it easier to get on Nicholson from there after the games?

You have to be careful that they don’t route you to the interstate from Nicholson…it may be tough to get to river road if your lot does not dump directly onto it. Lot 404 does dump to Nicholson south. However, you often have to wait until the pedestrian traffic clears on the sidewalk after the game.
