Oh yeah, my post reads like I was talking directly to the post above it. It was directed more toward the state of Alabama in general. I realize the previous poster isn't a Barner.

What is your basis for saying LSU is going to lose in "The Jungle"? What is on the Auburn team that is soooo intimidating please let me know or do you just know nothing about football and merely say Auburn is going to win because the game is on "the Plains"?

Well, I can say that you Auburn fans at least have some type of animal on the sidelines. LSU has a tiger in a cage, Auburn a Golden Eagle (isn't that USM's mascot?), Texas has a Longhorn, etc. Now Bama is another question: I have yet to see an elephant or large jug of red algae on the sidelines...

What was funny was Bama's special teams play having to stave off an upset loss to Tulane. That would have really produced some funny lines about Louisiana teams vs. Bama....
