A poster mentioned the obvious, Notre Dame is very talented, well-coached and EXPERIENCED.

LSU is talented, but woefully INEXPERIENCED.

We played the Wolverines, as combatively as their mascot's method of attack and fighting.

Notre Dame's team came at us, knowing our level of in-experience, and they had several hours of rest on us, quite a few hours.

When Mr. Samson went down, it was a psychological blow, we have the stuff to adequately replace him, but the emotional effects really damaged our team's mindset.

We do not have a "Pursed Lip False Stoic" leading this program, not to mention skeletons-from-the-past, AND DON'T YOU FORGET IT.

We will get Samson back in time for Kentucky, let's hope! And LSU Men's Basketball has a great deal to hope for in 2017-18. Amen

We got out talented last night. I saw someone said this looked like a Johnny Jones coached team last night and I couldn't disagree with that anymore. I thought the team played hard, but Notre Dame is just better.

ND played incredibly well last night. They were fundamentally sound, they were cohesive and they were disciplined. They did everything right on both sides of the ball. They gave us a picture of what LSU could look like in a few years with Wade as coach.

Honestly, they could have beaten anyone in college basketball the way they were playing last night.

I don't ever like 39 point losses but I'm excited about the future. The team should use this game for how high the bar is set. They are young and haven't played together for long so they will be inconsistent. They'll get more cohesive and much better if they work hard and keep doing the things Wade tells them to do.

I was thinking to myself watching Farrell that we could be looking at Waters like that in a few years. You have to think he's here three years atleast.
