I think those are fair expectations. If I were to change anything, I'd change Omaha to 2 appearances per 5 years. Sometimes you run into a Coastal Carolina or Oregon State.

Apply those standards to 2015-19, we have 3 national seeds, 1 #2 seed in regionals, 3 super apps, and 2 CWS apps. So we would need at least a regional host this year to match those expectation.
