LSU Baseball lack of experienced asst. coaches

In my opinion, one problem is the lack of Quality assistant coaches. CPM continues to hire former players as coaches who have not been proven coaches.

At this point they’ve been proven as asst coaches

Mainieris refusal to hire actual qualified and experienced coaches is the issue, not his a ability to actually coach.

In 12 Years of Head Coaching at LSU, off the top of my head, I can only think of 3 or 4 coaches that Mainieri had that Skip might have kept, Godwin, Rooney, and Dunn & maybe Cannizaro.

It's the reason Cannizaro was hired and when he left PM was so mad that he did the same thing he did with Javi.
You need assistants with different ways to reach players. These players look too comfortable. Someone needs to step up as a leader like Kramer did.
