2022 will be in the Dome.

2023 will be in Orlando.

Edit: My bad. Didn't see the original thread.

I'm excited about a marquee game, and NOLA is always fun. But I just can't get excited about Orlando. A home and home would be so so much better.

ESPN needs to stay out of football scheduling.
That's who's brokering these neutral site games.

I am good with this. neutral site games are good for the program and college football.

It's a money grab. I wish we'd have marquee games in our actual stadium but if they're going to do it im glad one will be in New Orleans at least. I guess I've kind of resigned to this being the new norm, which is sad.

Neutral sites are ridiculous, give the season ticket holders something and just play a home and home.

Why? They create big matchups at the start of the season that the fans wouldn't get to see otherwise.

It's all about getting paid. A true home and home. I'd seriously consider going to both legs. Like with Texas next year, I have every intention of going to Austin. And I hope to go to LA for the game in the Rose Bowl vs UCLA. But if those games were move to say Dallas and Phoenix. Screw that.

Its a revenue generator and a tremendous recruiting tool. The exposure could not be recreated in an opener in Tiger Stadium. This is the norm now.
