How LSU plays on the road? What can possibly tell by 3 road games in which:
1. They lost badly, albeit w/o a key player.
2. They won
3. They lost close after falling just short of a remarkable comeback.

Agreed.

They were not ready for that Boise St game... BUTTTT

Let's talk about how Auburn plays at home:

Loss to Winthrop... OUCH
Loss to DePaul...YIKES
Loss to Rhode Island... SNAP

I think yall struggle at home.

Im just not sold on LSU's schedule.. Out of the 9 wins LSU has only TWO teams have a record above .500! Plus this team has shown it has struggled with those.. Feasting on cupcakes doesnt make LSU a better team.. Plus Sullivan is one if the top scorers in the league giving AU the advantage plus the game is in AU Arena.

AU 65-LSU 53

You can predict AU to win, fine. That's certainly plausible. However, LSU will without a doubt score more than 53. We've played better teams still scored much more. For this to even come close to happening, we'd have to completely crash and go down with 3 or 4 injuries before the game tomorrow.

Winthrop was prob the worst loss as they were scorching hot behind the arc.. Depaul and URI games the team couldnt hold the lead in the final mins but could have easily swung the other way if they played like they have the last two weeks..

It's fine not to be sold on our schedule, but that doesnt mean we aren't good...

No way LSU scores under 60. Im sorry, but posting that shows that you are delusional. 53? 53? In our road contests against better teams than Auburn (all 3 of them) we scored 70, 66, and 80. We've scored less than 70 only 1 time, and we still won that game.

I want to thank you for actually improving the participation in this thread though. Obviously makes it more fun when there is some creative and constructive banter.

If AU had LSUs schedule they would be 9-2 as well... I cant believe how so many are buying the hype with this untested team...

I doubt you'll hear it from the basketball crowd here. The visiting team always has the underhand in SEC basketball. This is true for each and every team. I'm sure Auburn will get some calls go their way, but that's part of playing on the road!
