That's EXACTLY what it is. Which is why it is so frustrating. You're not frustrated because the product and results as a whole are "bad". You're frustrated because you know the team/program is so close to potential greatness if the HC would just be wiling to accept his approach to one aspect of the game is deficient and make an adjustment rather than stubbornly continue to try to prove to everyone he is "right".
