You do know 2/3 of the BCS computation comes from those polls... which are done preseason. Only 1/3 is from computers. Hard to say it's "definitely right" but Lord knows it's better than what we had before the BCS

What I see is 8 regular season games left, 5 against top 21 teams.... They gonna have to tighten up a few more things to get thru it...

The Harris poll isn't released until week 6. Though somehow it's always pretty much identical to the coaches poll.

Polls are what the readers want. Wether you like it or not, top 25 discussions bring eyeballs to the screen, ears and callers into the radio shows, etc.

The AP wouldn't do a pre-season top 25 if we didn't eat it up.
