Wow, Ga. Tech still beat us out.

Bo Pelini is chasing us like white on rice.

And look, Meyer's current and old teams are 1-2. That's pretty amazing IMO.

I think we'll be higher in the coaches poll because they know we were better than our record. What say you?

How does Bama only drop 2 spots after the Sugar Bowl beatdown??

I know their only two losses were to the top 2 teams, but still Utah was a rout and if UF had Harvin, they def would have won by more. Whatever, who cares. I just found that surpirsing considering they went 2-2 against ranked opponents this year.

When is the last time that Auburn, Tennessee, and LSU all failed to make the final AP Top 25? What a strange year...

Coaches Poll

No excuse for voting a G Tech team higher than LSU after that beatdown.

we only beat one team in the final top 25... we don't deserve to be ranked.

No 8 win teams ranked. As much as it hurts, LSU just doesn't deserve a top 25 ranking. We got blown out 3 times, almost lost to Troy, and essentially quit after the Bama loss. It's a fitting end to a dismal season.

damn, that a pessimitic view buddy...id say we had a great end to the season with a dominating victory in a bowl game. And, got some valuable experience for our young QB who we are going to need next year...stop being a debbie downer...

+1

If you're not ranked #1 does it really matter anyways? It was a down season to what a lot were expecting. Be happy it ended on a good note and we have some positivity going into the offseason.

The only way that we had a chance was if Michigan State got bumped out. And they didn't get a bad enough beat down for that to happen.

Being ranked #25 in the history books looks better than unranked does. Besides that, it really doesn't matter.
