According to draft kings we have the 5th best odds to win the national championship but have the 5th best odds to win the sec championship, explain that to me

National championship winner odds:

Georgia +330
Ohio state +425
Texas +750
Oregon +1000
LSU + 1200

Sec championship winner odds:
Georgia +190
Texas +320
Ole miss +600
Alabama +900
LSU +950

For the 7th Graders, does this mean if you bet $100, you get back $1,200 (LSU NC)??

It's easier to win the natty than it is to win the SEC. I thought this was known.

It’s a 12 team playoff. It’s easier to get in there and make a run.

There is only 1 available spot for LSU to make the SEC championship game

When LSU is good they tend to be really good, I would think that’s the logic
