Believe what you want, but State always plays us tough in Starkville. This game will be a great predictor of what the rest of the season will look like. Lay an egg in Starkvegas and it is going to be a long season! On the other hand, go in there and win while playing sound on both sides of the ball and it could be a springboard for the rest of the season.

They ran the ball 70% of the time against AZ and only threw 7 passes to WR’s.
Let’s hope the front 7 can hold up against a power running team b/c FSU shoved in down our throats in the fourth quarter and grambling rushed for over 100 in the first half.

We haven’t been a great road team, but I don’t think State is nearly as well coached as last year, and the offense Arnett wants to run isn’t set up to exploit us. It won’t be as bad as you predict, but hopefully it will play out similar to last season- a close first half with the Tigers wearing them down and taking control in the 4th quarter. The 2nd half of last year’s State game was when this team seemed to figure some things out and get some momentum.

We play like shite in early games will not be easy to beat state ask Chad Jones’s who beat single handily in a 11 o clock game
