LSU # 4 rushing defense in the nation
No wait, so we were misusing JaMarcus Russell the whole time? He was an OPTION quarterback? Josh Freeman and Byron Leftwich are option quarterbacks? DJ Shockley was unable to throw the ball on us in 2005? How did Auburn go undefeated in 2004? Surely not their BLACK quarterback? Who won Tennessee their NC in 1998? Was it Peyton Manning? Nah, it was Tee Martin. The 2006 NC? It was Black QB v. Black QB.

Out of all the names you listed above, there is ONE good pro quarterback. Manning. Shockley? Martin?
And the boy from ohio state...GREAT in the BIG TEN. EXPOSED severely against both florida and lsu....couldn't run, and dang sure couldn't pass. Again, not racist. Black qb's are on average much more athletic....don't mean they can read a defense....mostly because in highschool they beat teams with their feet and didn't have to beat them with their arm......think what you want.

Breathe.

Relax.

Patience, DBG.

You cheer for a team that is relatively young.

Who adapted a game plan and won an SEC game by three plus TD last night. A road game, no less.

The team is undefeated. Bama is overrated. UF has problems.

See where it all goes before you start calling anything a joke. This is a new season. The past is not future nor is the future past.

The lesson is now over. Get some sleep.

Interestingly enough...I have been a jefferson supporter through all this..until vandy. I thought he was better than the alternative. Not because lee isn't talented, but because he lost his confidence. However, now i don't think lsu has a choice...gotta give lee a shot. can't be worse.

I agree. JJ seems to be confused and seems that he can't handle the pressure. I think JJ has lost whatever confidence he did have.Maybe if he has to sit on the bench for a couple of series he might get himself focused. He looks totally confused right now.

FIU was THE reason Coker was fired.

yes, but he was already on the hotseat. They could see that the program was headed south, and the FIU incident gave them the perfect excuse to fire him. I mean, you can't fire a guy that's won a title and has a 60-15 record, right?

FIU bailed them out.

When the governor of the state described the football program under Coker as an embarrassment
to the state, he wasn't talking bout the 60-15 record and the end was near for Coker, 60-15 or not.

You can only smile and shake your head with some of this negative BS directed toward the LSU football program.
