Dude probably never worked out in his comedic life and wants to race Ridley in the 40. I bet he wish he had hired a personal trainer like most celebs do and kept in shape because now he's paying for it. I know he's in pain from those tears, don't get addicted to the pain meds, man.

The mind is willing but the body is weak. I had to hang it up playing Sunday basketball at our church when the recovery time was 3-4 days. I was in my mid 40s then.
I bet you felt very much like Username. I been there and so have many of us, so, don't feel alone, when it takes a whole week to recover, it's time to hang it up.

I mean, Kevin hart stays in pretty decent shape for a 44 year. You could almost say great shape for the age.

If he were in decent shape he wouldn't have had those tears, sorry, not buying it.

Come on, man, of course athlete's tear ligaments and stuff all the time, but we're not talking about athletes. Smh We talkin about Kevin Hart, a comedian and you made a comment about him supposedly being in decent shape, no, great shape you said for his age. I said if that were true, he wouldn't have had tears while running in his lower abdomen areas. I mean Kevin Hart isn't an athlete, so, he's not going to be going all out in a race like a Sha'Carri Richardson, Noah Lyles or someone. He was probably clowning around with Stevan Ridley and running half-arse or half-speed I mean. Yet, he still managed to injure himself pretty badly from the sounds of it. That's why I said if he were in great shape like you're claiming he wouldn't have injured himself by just clowning around with the running like that. There is just no way you can hurt yourself that badly with serious tears like that if you're in great shape or even decent shape.
