Guys transfer to maximize their chances to get on the field and produce in a system that works best for them.
Whether it's a grad transfer or a freshman, it's all basically the same.

Young QBs start and play very well all over the county. Did you happen to catch the NC game last year?

Is there a rulebook on when it's appropriate to transfer? After freshman year? Sophomore year? RS freshman year? RS soph? Graduate?
I need to see the by-laws.
