age doesn't have anything to do with it.

Guys transfer to maximize their chances to get on the field and produce in a system that works best for them.

Whether it's a grad transfer or a freshman, it's all basically the same.

sure it is: guys who haven't played leave to find a better situation.

Is there a rulebook on when it's appropriate to transfer? After freshman year? Sophomore year? RS freshman year? RS soph? Graduate?

I need to see the by-laws.
