Sure you do champ. Since Ive pointed out it ISNT for throwing a punch...and you seem to think its ridiculous...tell me what you think it is. because the legal sentencing for that crime is not ridiculous.

Dude, we all know he violated his probation. That's the whole point of the hearing. He's still not going to jail.

I'll make this simple for you:

1)the reason his carnal knowledge is a misdemeanor is because of the PLEA DEAL.

2)Violation of the PLEA DEAL means that the DA can seek to void the deal that made his carnal knowledge crime a misdemeanor.

3) Therefore, HE WONT BE GOING TO JAIL FOR ANY MISDEMEANOR, if the judge agrees with the DA motion on the 16th

The fact you and others continually post these misleading and wrong statements is sad.

we know that dildo, learn how to read and stop assuming that everyone else is retarded.

the chances that the judge agrees with the DA's motion is not likely....DA files shite like this on everyone, not just this special case

It's sad that you think you're the only one that understands what's going on.

I like you as a poster, but you really should know he's not serving jail time. That is reality.
