Guys, Hate to break it to you, but Tiger Stadium was originally called Deaf Valley to distinguish it from Clemson..

The "Deaf Valley" gas station was outside the gate on Highland Road as recently as '75 when I arrived at LSU. I had always thought it was "Death Valley" until I saw that.
