JJ was absolutely horrible today

I'd love to bitch slap your 1 sec titty eyed face sometimes.....

He played better as a 19 year old 6 game experience qb than any I've seen in 20 years.......

He took 6 sacks 4 of which he held the ball to long and also threw and INT on a ball he should have looked off in the red zone but when his team needed plays he made them and that fact can't be underminded you post-whoring bitch.

I don't advocate benching JJ. Do advocate changing the offense to suit his skills, and stop trying to make a pocket passer out of they guy.

Also think a series watching may help him during the game. Still believe he should start, but putting another QB for a whole series or two, per game may benefit JJ and LSU.

JJ reminds me of a taller Herb Tyler. I think taking JJ out for one series would help him a lot. When Tommy Hodson was playing, occasionly Guidry would spell him for a series and it seem to do wonders for Hodson's play and his confidence.

he did, but he was the main reason our offense sputtered for 1.5 quarters and put us in that position. Not to mention the INT on the first series

he is a pocket passer, you mean stop having him run the option and let Shepard do that.

When Jefferson starts each game with a General Lee Pick Six I'll call for his benching.

I still remember last season.

JJ throws much better rolling out to his right. Much more effective. I don't think JJ is a true pro style QB yet. Roll him out.

how many sacks did he take?

how many times did he f up the option?

he had a bad, bad game today. the OL didn't help at all, but JJ and the OL formed a symbiotic relationship of suck today

that CANNOT be denied

Earl, JJ is not the problem.......the playcalling is..........you know it and I know it.......we still lack the ability to put our players into a position to succeed.

ESPECIALLY in the redzone

So do I. Just think if we put JL in for a series and he throws a pick six. Heck, that might be the game in the tank right there.

Sacks are bad, but not even close to be as bad as pick sixes.

Holding the ball too long and more pocket presence can be coached up. Ummm, pick sixes? How'd that work out last year? I thought so.

Go JJ. Learning one game at a time.

Let's see, we are 5-0 with a 19 year old at QB. He hit on 66% for 200 and change and you are gripping about 2 throws. Get a life!

I don't think he did that well tonight. Not horrible though.. It would have helped him to sit out on a few more series and use RS or Lee! He seems so shaken sometimes and then others he doesn't seem affected..?Still need to implement RS more in the second half on plays that he is comfortable with. Thats how I feel disappointed in the use of our talent but excited we still won.
